Happy New Year! As we begin 2026, we’re grateful for the meaningful moments that defined 2025. From life-changing medical achievements, advancements and innovations to inspiring stories of care and compassion, join us in celebrating 12 highlights from 2025.

1. TrueBeam linear accelerator at Spears Cancer Center – The first treatment on the new TrueBeam linear accelerator at Helen K. Spears Cancer Center in Grants Pass! This cutting-edge technology was nearly 100% funded through donations and uses precise radiotherapy to target cancerous tumors.

2. First Facility Dog joins Asante – Journey joins Asante as our first Pediatric Facility Dog, providing comfort to patients during difficult treatments.

3. Expansion plan announced for The Family House – The expansion will double accommodations and create new RV hookups, providing additional affordable housing for patients. We are closing in on the $1 million mark. Read more about the expansion here and how your gift can be a lifeline for families.
4. Cardiac expansion – The third phase of expansion begins at Rogue Regional Medical Center. The project includes six new cath labs, with room for two more and an expanded recovery unit to meet the growing regional demand. Learn more or donate today.

5. Trusted with hearts. Honored with excellence – Asante recognized with the American College of Cardiology’s NCDR Chest Pain ̶ MI Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award and four American Heart Association’s Get With The Guidelines® awards.
6. Urology clinic moves into renovated location – Our Asante Physician Partners Urology clinic in Medford opens in its newly renovated location as an outpatient department of the hospital. The larger space provides supports for the increasing demand for these services.

7. Primary Care expands in Grants Pass – A second Family Medicine clinic in Grants Pass opens, expanding care with primary care providers to see patients.

8) Walk for Hope – More than 1,700 people — the most yet — attend the fourth annual Walk for Hope. More than $450,000 raised to support local cancer care through Asante!


10. Robotics surgery program at Three Rivers turns one – A tremendous asset to the community, the da Vinci program at Three Rivers Medical Center is utilized Monday through Friday, providing minimally invasive and specialized surgical procedures. In just one year, 410 surgeries were performed.

11. Celebrating our teams – From Health Care Week to Pink Out, the Annual VIA Awards, BEE Awards, DAISY Awards and everything in between, our teams made the year incredible.
12. Your gifts of healing – Thank you to the 2,857 donors and 140 volunteers who gave through Asante Foundation, exemplifying a year of generosity and shared purpose.
