On Friday, Dec. 13, Asante celebrated its first da Vinci surgery at Asante Three Rivers Medical Center in Grants Pass.
After months of training and preparation, Dr. Estin Yang performed a hernia repair using the new technology. The new da Vinci 5 Surgical System established Three Rivers’ minimally invasive robotic surgery program. Learn more about this special moment by watching the video below.
We have also increased access to advanced heart and radiology care with a brand-new cath lab at Three Rivers. This exciting addition means fewer people will need to travel to Medford for specialized procedures—saving time, reducing stress and keeping care close to home.
