Leader spotlight: Chloe Heise

As part of a new, ongoing series, Asante features leaders who have recently joined the organization or employees who have been promoted to a manager, director or executive position.

Chloe Heise joined Asante six months ago as supervisor of Guest Housing and quickly moved into a manager position, overseeing Francis Cheney Place in Medford and The Family House in Grants Pass. Besides her background in hospitality, the Ashland native is right at home in an official Bee City USA town.

Here are a few things to know about her:

What she loves about her job: “Hearing guests express their gratitude for having the opportunity to stay at the hospitality houses. Being able to provide comfort to people who are undergoing medical treatment or here to visit a loved one in the hospital is very fulfilling.”

Who inspires her: “Sharon Young, the former manager of Guest Housing, has been a great source of inspiration for me. Sharon truly has a heart for serving others and has left an amazing legacy.”
